It was dinnertime at the Higurashi's residence when suddenly you could hear a frustrated and loud knock on their door. Kagome opened the door and saw Inuyasha frowning. "What happened?" "Naraku destroyed the campsite where Shippo, Sango, Miroku, you and I sleep in feudal Japan. I need to spend the night here. I'm still really mad!" "Where are the others?" "They're all at Kaede's. I didn't want to go since that woman's always giving me lectures I don't care about." Mrs. Higurashi appeared at the doorway. "Inuyasha! Long time, no see. How are those doggy ears of yours? Do they need some good ole' TLC?" she asked as she reached to touch his ears. "NO! Um, I mean, they're fine. No massage." Inuyasha said grufly as he backed up. "Inuyasha needs to spend the night here mom. His campsite was destroyed." "Why of course!" Mrs. Higurashi yelled as she smiled at the idea of having a half demon with puppy ears in the house. "You'll have to sleep in the living room then Inuyasha." "Why no! How rude! Sleep in the guest room! It's down the hall next to Kagome's room." "Mom -" "What's wrong about having him next to your room? Nothing!" "Ugh, you don't get it." "Kagome, he won't bite. Will you?" "Um, no." Inuyasha said as he rolled his eyes. "Have some dinner with us Inuyasha!" said Mrs. Higurashi gleefuly. "Yay! I'm starving!" Inuyasha said. "Control your hunger Inuyasha, we don't own a supermarket," Kagome said at thinking of Inuyasha's over-consumptious habits.
At dinner...
"Wow, you sure like a lot of ramon noodles," said Sota. "Yum," Inuyasha said. "Are you done?" Kagome asked. "More, more, more!!!" "Inuyasha! I think you'll eat so much that the food you eat here, will equal all of Walmart's food merchandise! Stop!" "Fine, gosh, no need to be rude!" Inuyasha grumbled as he stood up from the table. "Is he done?" Mrs. Higurashi inquired. "Yes," Sota said. "Great, let me lead you into your room for the night, Inuyasha." Inuyasha walked into the room and a few minutes later, everyone was ready go to their own beds.
When everyone were at their beds...
Hopefully, I'll fall asleep before he does. If he goes to sleep before me, I'll have no place to go like in feudal Japan. I always would go all the way at the end of the campsite. Please fall asleep! UGH! ARGH!, Kagome thought. Suddenly she heard snoring, REALLY LOUD snoring. NO!, Kagome thought. Why, oh, why couldn't he have sleepen in the living room? And with that, Kagome had a long, noisy, and sleepless night.
STORY ONE: FINDING SHIPPO!!! Inuyasha was waiting for Kagome to come back from her daily feudal Japan hike. He was about to go looking for her, but then right at that moment, Kagome showed up. ???Look what I found Inuyasha!??? Kagome said while holding an adorable looking fox demon. ???You found a squirrel???? Inuyasha asked as he stared in the fox???s/squirrel???s direction. ???No silly! It???s a cute full fox demon!??? Inuyasha Newths float my boated his head to the side; he was certain the little demon WAS a squirrel. ???Hey little guy, what???s your name???? Kagome asked. ???My name is Shippo, a full fox demon,??? Shippo replied. ???Are you sure???? Inuyasha inquired. ???Inuyasha, that???s mean!??? Kagome complained. ???I???m not being mean, I???m just wondering! Gosh!??? ???What happened to your parents, little Shippo???? Kagome asked him. ???The Thunder Brothers killed my parents, but I need someone to take care of me. I???m too young to take care of myself!??? Shippo said blocking back tears. ???I???ll take care of you Shippo!??? Kagome suggested, hugging Shippo. ???Kagome, you can???t do that because every time you go back to Topio ?????? ???Tokyo, Inuyasha! I???m pretty sure you, Sango, and Miroku can take care of him,??? Kagome debated. ???That???s pretty interesting! It???ll be like having my own son since someone doesn???t want to ?????? ???Miroku, we???ve gone through this, and you know the answer is a ???no!???,??? Sango said. ???Guys, everything will turn out fine!??? Suddenly Sesshomaru, Rin, and Jaken were walking over to where Kagome was. ???Hello Kagome!??? Rin yelled as she ran towards her. ???What are you doing here Sesshomaru?!??? Inuyasha complained. ???Rin just wants to visit your wench, Inuyasha,??? Sesshomaru made clear. ???Don???t insult Kagome!??? Inuyasha said, grabbing his tetsusiega. Meanwhile, Kagome was talking to Rin. ???Would you like to meet a new friend of mine named Shippo???? ???Shippo???? ???Yes, he???s a friendly full fox demon I???m taking care of,??? Kagome said. ???I think he???s about your age, Rin. Want to play with him???? ???Rin would love to play with Shippo!??? Rin said smiling. Upon Sesshomaru seeing Shippo he said, ???Kagome must really like squirrels,??? ???She does, but she argues Shippo is a fox. How peculiar,??? Inuyasha agreed. ???Wow brother, peculiar, you finally know a word longer than five letters,??? Sesshomaru joked impolitely. ???Kagome, Rin wants to present Shippo to Sesshomaru Sama,??? ???Go ahead, he???ll probably think Shippo is a squirrel instead of a fox demon though,??? Kagome said. ???Why???? ???Inuyasha thought so,??? ???Oh, Rin will tell him what type of demon Shippo is,??? Rin got Shippo???s hand and ran over to Sesshomaru. ???Sesshy, Rin wants to show you someone,??? Rin said, pulling on his sleeve. ???Rin, please don???t call me ???Sesshy??? anymore,??? Sesshomaru said. ???However, I will meet your small friend.??? ???His name is Shippo, he???s a full fox demon,??? Rin said. ???Are you sure???? ???Of course Sesshomaru Sama,??? ???Very nice, I think,??? Sesshomaru said, ???Can you please go back to playing with Inuyasha???s wen ??? I mean Kagome and Shippo???? ???Yes Sesshomaru Sama, Rin will obey your orders,??? Rin said in reply. ???Yes go, don???t bother Sesshomaru anymore,??? said Jaken. ???Besides, he hates hum ?????? His speech was interrupted by Sesshomaru pounding Jaken on the head. ???What was Jaken about to say Sesshomaru Sama???? ???A bunch of lies, Rin, just lies. Go and have some fun with Kagome and Shippo,??? Sesshomaru responded. ???You know she???s a ningen! If she knows she???ll be insulted, and I want her to be happy considering her parents are ?????? ???Dead? Yes, it???s the same thing with the squirrel,??? Inuyasha interrupted. Sesshomaru look intensely at Jaken. ???Rin cares about me, Jaken. If she knows my hatred towards humans she???ll look at me a whole different way,??? ???Master Sesshomaru, when are you going to leave her???? Sesshomaru didn???t respond, he just frowned. Shippo ran over to Inuyasha and jumped on his lap. ???Hi Inuyasha!!!??? Shippo yelled, petting his dog ears. Inuyasha howled and screamed, ???Get the heck off of me!??? Inuyasha pulled Shippo???s tail. Shippo ran away crying to Kagome. ???Inuyasha, he didn???t know he was hurting you!??? Kagome yelled. Shippo whispered to Rin, ???I???ve only been with them an hour, and I already know they hate each other. They fight all the time!??? Rin giggled and said, ???Everyone argues once in a while. My adopted father, Sesshomaru Sama, fights with Inuyasha a lot, but they???re brothers, they???ll possibly one day get over their differences,??? ???SIT!!!! SIT BOY!!!??? Kagome screamed at Inuyasha. Of course, Inuyasha slammed to the ground face-first. ???Don???t bully Shippo!??? ???I can if I want to!??? ???SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT BOY!!!??? Kagome shouted. ???Grrr?????? Inuyasha growled. He knew she was probably always going to be on Shippo???s side since now she was his, ???mother???. He shrugged and tried to get used to that, but of course he couldn???t. ???I still think he???s a squirrel, Kagome!!!??? ???Sit!???

Hojo walks up to Kagome and begins flirting. ???Hi Kagome!??? Inuyasha was right there, next to Kagome and got mad. ???Iron Reaper ?????? ???SIT!!!??? ???GRRR?????? ???Anyway, Inuyasha, have you been nice to Shippo???? ???Of course!!!??? Shippo then runs to Kagome crying. (He has bumps and bruises he didn???t have the day before! ???Inuyasha hit me,??? ???SIT!!!??? Hojo was puzzled by what was going on, but he asked her, ???Wanna go out???? ???Wind?????? ???SIT!!??? ???Yes, Hojo, I would like to,??? Kagome said. Not, she thought. ???What just happened???? asked Shippo. ???Stupid squirrel,??? ???SIT! SIT BOY!!!??? Hojo ran away in fright and annoyance. Kikyo suddenly appeared, walking over to where Kagome and Inuyasha were fighting. But, suddenly a girl named Jasmine Smith grabbed a chainsaw and began shredding Kikyo! Kagome frowned at the incident and Shippo fainted, but, Inuyasha actually smiled a little!
