1 pkg. (22.25 oz.) brownie mix ¼ cup water ½ cup vegetable oil 2 large eggs ½ cup dulce de leche or thick caramel sauce Flaky sea salt or co kosher salt Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Line mini muffin cups with foil or paper liners; set aside. In a bowl mix together brownie mix, water, oil and eggs. Fill muffin tins ¾ full with brownie mix. Bake 12-15 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Using the rounded side of a teaspoon or the handle of a wooden spoon press a small cup like indentation into each brownie. Remove from pan. Fill center of each bite with about ½ teaspoon dulce de leche; sprinkle with sea salt.
