Letter to Ian

Mr Ian , i have been going through my attic .Starting at the letter A and on done to the letter Z . Iam in letter C now. You have surprise me so far on items in the attic .what i can use on Ruby.iam .I thought i lost all the old retired costumes and other clothing articles .but you had put them in the CLOTHING section .Plus you added to my clothing lines.some clothes are not ,i have seen,but wanted. you have help me alot ,since that fatal day .you have gone above and beyond from what a business person does for there customer . You made me very happy to be here and enjoying the site .not only you give me clothes and items to put on ruby. you raise my trust in you and the site .As for the staff.i do hope ,they are not to mad at me for the support tickets sent in .I now know what you mean by overcompensate us for what happen .
