O' Christmas Poera, O' Christmas Poera..??
By Kalie (TheQuietRiot)

"You're making me work on Jesus's birthday? Whatever happened to the season of giving?" Kalie asked incredulously. "Don't think of it as working, Kal! Think of it as...doing a favor! A favor for...the children" Dominick snickered. "Dominick, I respect you. As my boss, I respect you. But, I seriously doubt that anyone is going to meander into this toy shop during Christmas. Everyone has finished their Christmas shopping and-" Dominick held his chubby fingers up, not wanting to hear more. Kalie sighed and ran her fingers through her dark hair, it was useless. "Anyway, I'm out. See you. Oh, and Merry Christmas. Perhaps you can celebrate with the Barbies" Dominick sarcastically suggested. The small, copper bell above the shop door clinked as Kalie's malicious boss took his leave. Kalie scanned the empty shop with sad eyes, not a light or ornament was in sight. The poor girl worked for complete Scrooges. The shop looked more like- Kalie's thought was quickly interrupted by another. Why should she spend her holiday in a BLEAK toy store? Kalie could transform it into...Santa's Workshop. Or perhaps a winter wonderland! Or a giant gingerbread house! Kalie smiled and headed toward the back of the store, passing dolls with smiles plastered against their faces and barney-themed notepads. She opened the door to the warehouse and began her search, anything associated with lights and cheer would suffice. Kalie narrowed her eyes as she searched, box after box. "C'mon, c'mon" she muttered under her breath. Kalie was about to turn away when a cardboard box that was tucked under a shelf caught her eye. She traced her hands over the flaps and flipped them open. Kalie tilted her head in surprise, a- a snake? She let out a prolonged scream. The large, scarlet snake opened it's wide eyes in surprise. Kalie scampered back, preparing herself for a vicious attack. The snake's eye twitched, "WHAT, may I ask, are you doing?" it asked in a silky voice. "Y-you talk? I'm conversing with a snake- a snake" Kalie crazily repeated. "There won't be much conversing if you continue to scream like a banshee. And no, you are talking with a Poera, of course. Open your eyes you silly human." Kalie raised an eyebrow, "a- a Poera. Of course" Kalie held back her emotions, trying to deal with this situation rationally. "It's Christmas, isn't it?" the Poera asked, "how did yo

Apocalyptic-like RP:
Name: Salome Leon
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Looks: Salome has wavy, caramel hair that just brushes the small of her back. Soft curls frame her face, accenting her profile. She has large green eyes that seem almost unnatural against her pallid skin. Salome was once an attractive girl but the constant troublemaking and riffraffs she had gotten herself into had left her with several scars and scratches. Salome's once soft features had turned rough. Her once cheerful face had turned hard from growing up too fast.
Personality: Salome truly believes in anarchy. She believes it's the only way to live. Society and propaganda has brainwashed her into a harsh girl. She is stubborn and will lash out whenever her emotions get too much for her. What little conscious she has always objects to the things she does, but she is an expert at ignoring it.
Type(Resistance, Hunter, Bystander): Hunter
Weapon?: She has a small shotgun and a dagger. She has a belt of ammunition she keeps wrapped around her small waist.
Spot of authority?(If any):
Other: (None) She keeps a beaten-up satchel around her shoulder that has a piece of mirror in it. Occasionally, she will take off the golden locket that she keeps around her neck and stuff it in the satchel.

Form-
Name: Blanche Syre
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Looks: Blanche has an ordinary face. The only thing remotely out of the ordinary is Blanche's navy blue eyes. Her eyes betray her emotions in far too many situations, which is a gaping problem when she tries to keep secrets. Blanche has freckles that dust over her small button nose. Her skin is so pale that it is common for people to mistake her for someone sickly. Blanche's hair touches her shoulders and is a bit too thin for her heart-shaped face. Blanche has a tall and gangly person which isn't helpful at all in crowded spaces.
Personality: Changes due to rp plot

Name: Buffy Tallis
Age: 16
Looks: Buffy has honey blonde curls that fall to the middle of her back. Being impossible to control, Buffy lets her curls free, rarely tying them up. She has light olive skin that is sometimes marked with the occasional cut or scar. Buffy's stormy blue eyes will grab your attention at the worst of times, their color often standing out when she is angry or frightened. Her high cheek bones reveal a noble, strong face. An obvious imperfection in Buffy's profile
