To start off with we have our Hor Dourves:
Bugs and Crackers
California Rolls

Followed by a wonderful Soup and Salad Course:
Creamy Leek Soup
Arugula, Daikon, and Callabresse Salad, Topped with Pomegranate

And of course we have our Fish Course:
Lemon Fish Steak
Fish and Chips

And you can't forget the Meat Course at a 4th of July BBQ:
BBQ Sausage
Beef Brisket
