An architect for the village beneath the sewers. Has a side gig as a caterer alongside his best friend, Mrs. Gonkie, where the two of them cater to the oddball (and occasionally morally dubious) palate. He's desperate to find out the secret of the bottled fairies he was mistakenly given. He's usually found foraging for ingredients - which is one of the few reasons he's ever on the surface.
