This pet has been assigned to Insane to take care of due in part to he was making everyone in the Mara Asylum crazier than him. Insane is so crazy that he can't possibly hurt anything. As far as we can tell, he doesn't know his real name. He just keeps repeating "Sanitarium" over and over again. Attached is his certificate of insanity.
