I concur with kolopl and Luckyclaw. This site releases WAY too many limited addition and restricted pets.
75 total pets but only 30 freely available to create anytime is rather outrageous if you ask me.
I can't purchase AUs and the quests needed to obtain some of these pets are way beyond my ability.
I understand these are my own personal problems, but I have no hope of getting any of these new amazing pets and new beautiful costume colors; especially with how frequent they're made.
The best I can do is get lucky at the Operations Portal, and even then I still can't get limiteds from there.
This is the main reason I don't visit mara much anymore, which is a huge shame because it's a quality site. It's improved so much over the years, but at the same time it just seems like this site has become all about making money off pet species and costume colors. This isn't to say it's a bad thing, it isn't at all!
It's just so prevalent that I feel I can't have fun here without paying money, which I can't do.
I love this new pet, it's one of the most beautiful designs I've ever seen on this site, but it's on my list of pets I can never hope of obtaining.
