Downside: Some items are expencive

Upside: Rare chocolate costume drop and all the items u need are in candy land
Downside: Chocolate can get expencive and mp is only ok

Leprechaun is a great quest to make money do this till your at 100k-300k or where ever your confortable
*NOTE You should have a decent pair of clothes to sell rp becuase of some scams people dont trust new people
