I'm making this post just to find out if my doll updates her appearance in the post every time I change her clothes or not.

Yes, the photo updates if I use the "hanger" feature. This means that if I want to keep the image of the doll looking a certain way in the post I will have to save the image and post the link to that image between the correct codes for it to appear.
