Novel is a Clover Fairy that Nacre ~adopted~ after the Royal Paffuto fled left her kingdom under the sea.
Turns out she isnt that lucky, but she tries.
She serves as the Pets unofficial butler, sharing a residence with them in Lush Lake. Shes really only ordered around by Nacre, most everyone else considers her a fellow tenant.
Novels true name is actually Marvel, but as all fairies know, giving out ones true name can be very dangerous! None of the pets are aware of Novels true name except for her longtime friend, Whimsicott.
Most fairies have a natural prowess for magic, but Novel seems to be somewhat lacking in such talents. She gets by, but things could be better. Therefore, every Spring Equinox Novel takes a trip to the fairy homeland of Foxfire Grove in order to replenish her depleted magic reserves.
