confused

I just had someone send me an currency exchange they were sending me 193 mps and they wanted me to send them 60,000 mps how is that fair and why would you send a random person an currency exchange and expect someone to pay that ur on glue ... and i tried to message them and they have that all turned off so u cant message them about it ....
Some ppl aren't very nice
