So it's currently 2AM in the morning, Hawaii time. Finally managed to take a breath. Finally managed to realize how ridiculous I can be.
I am currently working on a few missions at a time to speedtrack Progress Goals. Tonights mission was Tarquin, level 5. I proceeded to start the mission.
Item asked for: Minipet Island Travel Brochure

So I told myself: okay, this isn't that bad. Greedy Gertrude already sent me on a wild ride that costed nearly 10m for 3 levels. This is no big deal. I then remembered, wait, this is only level 5. I told myself I wouldn't be failing any missions this time around though so I'd have to pass at all costs!
There was an hour and a half on the clock so I knew I had some time to burn. I made a board to see if anyone was selling the brochure for 4m. Naturally, no replies.
I found out that this brochure is actually from Minipet Island goals. I checked Maraforce to see how far away it was. Um, it was actually within reach. I was actually on THE level! But nearly 40 plates away. Now I absolutely hate collecting plates (like most users) but this is one level I shouldn't have been procrastinating.
I went to the Wishlist and tried clicking through a few plates to find some cheap ones. This was taking way too long.
I then began to panic because in my head (although I could have easily afforded it), paying the full 4.4m was no longer an option! I headed to MT but no one was there. Only one person was online that I noticed and it was @Sukimeeps. What an angel she is! I asked if she had any plates she could sell me and kindly just sent them my way! I am so very thankful for her help! ?????????
I realized I didn't want to bother anyone else so had another plan...that involved AU. Still panicking, I decided to buy 2AU for the Plate Giftbox. Purchase done! Clicked the item in my inventory and then...realized I bought the PHOTO Giftbox!!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOO!

This is too funny but I really understand the feeling of not wanting to fail missions essential to your progress goals. I hope the next level of Tarquin doesn't have you bending over backwards again.

girl u spent 4 AU on this endeavor that’s not cheap hahahahaha. both gift boxes will come in handy tho i would literally only have like 20 plates and photos if i had to be bothered to do anything besides hit check price to see if i had it or not
