  • Nafre 55 NafreHey Serious:) I'd love to try and enter this contest. I've got a busy Christmas ahead of me. Christmas eve we've been invited to a friends house to spend Christmas with them. Then it's up early at 6am on Christmas day to head over to my in laws to have Christmas with them. It's also my first Christmas without my Parents. My mom Past away back in Feb and my Dad Past away back in October. So it's pretty difficult for me this time of year because i'm not really close with most of my family. Not since my Grandmother past away. She was the glue that held us together. I won't ever have the one Wish I really want for Christmas and that's to have my parents back. But it's fine I'm a survivor. I do have one thing in favor though. my Husbands family. They are amazing people I couldn't ask for more.
  • jascat459 22 jascat459i have split parent so i have to go south too see my mums side of the family then north too see my dads. i guess im really just looking forward to seeing them all again since its been awhile and we pretty much only get together on Christmas
  • evilshallrule 13 evilshallruleThis Christmas I am looking forward to spending it with my boyfriend (he's pretty much all the family I've got). Right after Christmas he's moving to Idaho for 6 months for a internship so I wont really see him for the next 6 months which will be super hard since we seen each other almost every day for 2 years. But Christmas time is really special for us because we originally met during Christmas time. I also adopted a baby kitten last July (her name is Raichu) so it will be her first Christmas. It's going to be super fun because we have an appointment for a "family photoshoot" with me my cat and my boyfriend. I'm also really excited because I live in Downtown SLC so we will go to a place called Temple Square and see all the pretty Christmas lights. This is our third Christmas together and every year so far we have gone, I think its kind of a tradition by now. But yeah that's what i'm mostly excited about  Merry Christmas
  • Katie 37 KatieThis is my first christmas with my boyfriend so I'm looking forward to spending it with him. Also, going to florida is a plus.
  • playfulkittencat 15 playfulkittencatHey there ! I graduated from my undergrad program last spring, which meant that this fall I started my grad program. It's 2300 miles away from home, give or take a few, which meant that back in August I moved all the way across the country. My dog and I spent Thanksgiving away from my family for the first time ever, and when I decided to come across the country for grad school, I pretty much knew that most of my holidays were going to be alone because of the cost of plane tickets. Luckily, things worked out so Toby and I got to make the trip across the country to my mom's for Christmas. My mom is basically my best friend, so any time I get to spend with her is really nice, and it's a nice change of pace to be back in rural Michigan after a semester in California (: . Merry Christmas !
  • Nikkit 15 NikkitOnly just noticed this competition, oops. Its a bit late, but we had a great low-key Christmas with family at home. (usually we travel about 7 hours drive away for Christmas) I ate so much food I felt sick haha 😊 although we didn't really get to see any extended family which would have been nice.
  • Jessica5999 1 Jessica5999:):) This year I had a great Christmas compared to my last two recent Christmases!!! I usually have a huge anxiety problem with talking with my family members but this year it was so easy. I just fell into the rhythm of talking with everyone. I got a quilt my grandma made and $150. We usually get that every year but, I was really hoping for because I want a Kindle so I can read anywhere at anytime without needing light. Plus buying books will be cheaper. I also got a new little niece. She absolutely precious. Also, I picked a new habit called knitting. Next year I plan to make everyone something. I thinking quilts or a teddy bear. I think it will be cheaper for teddy bears.:):)
