So a month ago, My beloved JVC headphones I bought with my birthday money several months ago went out on the right channel so I was stuck using some backup earbuds that I had. A week ago, The left side of those went out. Since Christmas is in a couple months, I decided I would just ask for headphones for that particular holiday.

Quite a bit of a inconvenience considering how I listen to lots of music (especially in the car when I'm going somewhere) and watch a lot of videos on the Internet.

Late last night, I got a idea. I had one of those headphone splitters that you plug into whatever device has a headphone jack and you can plug into up to five sets of headphones and/or earbuds. I plugged the JVC headphones along with my earbuds into the splitter, and put the right earbud on and then put my headphones on. As I am writing this, I'm listening to some good ol' Donna Summer.

It's just like the old saying, Desperate times call for desperate measures.
