For any of my trades that say swap I will take a Photo or Plate I don't have, I will also except old magazines and newspapers on Mag/news trades.

If I rejected your offer its because I already have the item :] (i'm missing thousands of photos and plates though, so its unlikely that you will bid one I already have )
