Will it get rid of pictures, too, along with the apps??? What exactly does resetting the ipod mean?

Um, idk... like either all settings or all content and settings...

Here's the reason why, is there any other way to fix it?

When I reset mine, I lost all my songs. I'd be careful and read through whatever you can first.
