He has eyes that are a solid neon-blue color, cobalt blue hair, long but tied back in a pony tail with loose bangs that are "swooped" to the left. pale skin with a lean figure, clawed fingers.

He wears http://www.fashion-acce.com/media/upload/images/Piaget_Diamond_Necklace.jpg around his waist ( so instead of a necklace it's a waist decoration)
