Then find things you can do that take up time. Go to friends houses, the movies, and dont think about smoking. Don't buy cigarettes anymore, when you go to a place that sells them, and you dont trust yourself with money there, bring someone along who will NEVER let you buy them, no matter how mad/sad you get!
Also, have gum or something around with you. Whenever you think you need a cigarette, just pop some gum in your mouth. Whenever you need help or feel stressed, remember, I, and other people, are here for you!
