The old restock system so far has proven to be more efficient.
Due to the new restocking system:
Nearly every item has had its price inflated nearly 100% and doubled in price
Randomness causes inability to restock for most, and is now solely appropriable to luck itself. It is not longer strategical. By zack1992
And increases the difficulty of certain missions and even quests to a point of unnerving impossibility!
Makes it near impossible to make money.
