Since a very young age, Brosef has been convinced that one day, he would rule the world. Despite him being exceptionally intelligent, he never grew out of it. He speaks about his plans very casually with anyone who asks, and often mentions rules he will put in place when he is chosen to Rule the Entire World in passing.
