Character Name: Elleandra Votawin (Elle)

Race/Species: Half-troll (Actually a human who is able to shapeshift into a half-troll)

Profession: Adventurer/Mercenary/Treasure Hunter. When she's low on funds, she sometimes takes on jobs using her purification magic to exterminate shadelings. She is not above extorting wealthy individuals or villages for the use of her abilities. Usually to the tone of "Sure, I'll help you out, but you've got to pay me first."

Skill set/powers:
- White Magic - Purification. This can either be used defensively like a barrier (which she would be more likely to use in she were in human form) or offensively in the form of a mace (which she can only manifest in half-troll form.)
- Transformation magic - Including the ability to transform from human to half-troll She's locked in half-troll form because of the interference of the faestone in her eye.
- Brute strength. This is what she relies on mostly, but it's not always reliable.
- Her troll body is rather resilient. Most non-serious injuries heal overnight.

History:
In many ways, Elle's short tempered, cantankerous personality and ugly appearance are really just a front for someone who actually fears people and is otherwise weak.

Elleandra had a rough childhood. Her father passed away when she was only two and her mother was brutally murdered when she was eight, leaving the girl to fend mostly for herself. A traumatic experience when she was twelve triggered her first transformation and she quickly decided she would rather be ugly and powerful than pretty and weak. She grew up hardened and self-reliant, leery of people, after the way her mother was treated.
