Fact: My dog (of 14 years) was really named Kamilah (long before I found out about Kamilah on mara). When I got her, I looked up names online and found that in arabic, this word meant perfect (which I certainly thought that my tiny yorkie puppy was)! I found the actual name available here during the purge and I just had to make a tribute pet for her! Desert seemed like a good option, because Kamilah is a desert and I love all things ancient egyptian styled!

Fact: Bonkies was named for one of my best friends, a black cat, who I named Bonkers (but usually called Bonkies) because of the silly things he used to do. One day in October (hence, halloween), a friend of mine showed up at my house with a stray who had followed them over. That stray was the best kitty I ever met! We spent 8 years together too! =)
I've wanted to make this tribute pet for a long while here! I'm pretty happy that I could today! ^_^
