I do lend out my items/pets for avvies/goals. All i ask is that if it is an item that you send me an agreement in writing that you will return my items/pets to me as soon as you get the avvie (no longer than 3 minutes after they are lent). If something happens to my items during lending i also expect them to be replaced. Tips are not required but a plate or photo you have an extra of is appreciated.
