I decided to go for a Banshee, which in Irish Mythology would herald the death of prominent Gaelic families. She could be quite beautiful or quite haggard but i've gone with the youthful look! She get's portrayed in a number of different ways because the idea of her is adapted to many things but I kept it traditional!

My character is based off of a Harpy. In Greek mythology a harpy was a female monster in the form of a bird with a human face. They steal food from their victims while they are eating and carry evildoers to the Furies.Pottery art depicting the harpies featured beautiful women with wings.
