I found more checp rarity 7 items, all under 300mp. That's the best I can do.

There's some more cheap rarity 7 items that are makeup, books, candy and meat in case any of the items in this list inflate over 300mp. Try browsing the wishlist then Ctrl + F rarity 7 in those categories.

the cheapest item i know of for rarity 7 is Firework Gun currently at 1 mp. but that will most likely change.
