0 ilovecheese29Hi! My name is Farrah and I've been on Marapets for almost 7 years (which explains the terrible username). When I first started out I didn't really know what I was doing or relative values for anything. I didn't get into pet trading until a couple of years ago, but ever since I started it has been my dream to have a Chibs. I've accomplished that goal, but I love them so much that I'm still trying to trade for them. This is why I'm applying for Pervs. I'm very careful with pets I care a lot about, so I doubt I would ever trade him away, nor would I want to. I'm 17, homeschooled, and to be honest I don't consider anything I've done to be heroic. If there is one thing I'm proud of though, it is preventing one of my best friends from committing suicide. About a year ago he was going through a terrible, depressed period. Even though I was there for him the entire time, nothing I did was ever enough to help. One night he called me crying and threatening to kill himself. It took about 20 minutes, but I calmed him down and I was able to pick him up. I'm so glad I have the opportunity to apply, but I'm sorry you're leaving Marapets. Thank you for considering my application! (:

15 SpadowHello, my name is Kevin but some people call me Mar. I am a typical college student who is selfishly selfless, if you can understand that. Although I do try to forge my own future and I'm still curious where this will lead me, I still do participate in my community to serve the well-being of it. I am a Science major but somehow, I was blessed analytical and literary skills -- which are quite polar opposites. I am very goal-oriented, as I have achieved many of my goals in under the few months that I have been on Marapets. According to King Baspinar, I joined on "August 25, 2013, 7:58 am", although somehow many do not seem to believe me. I live my life by an agenda, but I'm open to spontaneity -- and this is where you quitting somehow added to that. Although I was planning to aim for a Basil next, your giveaway is now penciled into my agenda and I will be able to achieve that goal. I do really like Toddler Basils; however, I plan on costuming Sassilla Pirate, as that is my main pet goal. As seen on my profile, I rarely do not trade any pets listed on my Pet Goal blog, and although many would say this, I rather would not trade Sassilla -- not only from my own ethics but because it will hold some sentiment. That is all that I am applying for, I always like seeing one good (in this form, your giveaway) benefiting MANY people (such as in the community), rather than one person alone. 0 SugarGalHi Aristo, I'd like to apply for Pervs. In all honesty, if I do have him, I will not consider doing anything with him - except let him sit on my profile and look pretty. I could train him at the gym, but I really don't want another deadly pet on my hands After all, the only thing a hobo chibs would need is loving care and a nice warm place to call home. And that's what I can give him, so rest assured, he will only stay on my account. I don't think I can ever bear to part with such an adorable pet that is so evidently in need of a good home. Ever since hobo chibs have been released, I have been chasing after them - but ever so evasive, they manage to slip from my grasp....I suspect that my pets simply did not measure up to the trade, oh well. Nonetheless, I just wanted to use this opportunity and see where that takes me. As for the greatest thing I've done would be shaving my head and donating all my hair to Locks of Love. I shaved my head to show support for a friend who got cancer. Not sure if that is actually heroic, but I guess it shows how much I am willing to do to help a friend.

My new goals were: To get Zydare to 100 stats (which I have now completed&#33 And to start an army of sleepy pets! My friend thought I should have a profile to match my username and I loved the idea. So now I am trying to build up an army of sleepy pets! I have already acquired a sleepy murfin! My next stage of the plan is to swap Xerneas for a sleepy vitto and to get all the non-les. Having Yeffa would really help me along with this goal and he would fit in with all my other sleepy pets. "What would be the greatest thing you have done to others, what is that ONE act wherein others can consider you a hero? I guess I could possibly be considered a hero for the work I did in Ecuador. When I had a gap year a few years back. I traveled to Ecuador with a group of other volunteers and we spent two weeks there helping to build a local school near the province of Chimborazo. I know I never saved a life but I hope to those children we helped and everyone in that community who finally got the opportunity to go school that we are considered heroic. Now I feel almost bad for apping for two things but it would be lovely if I could have either the Zombie Figaro Tail or the Easter potato from your gallery. 15 DarkoHi there I'm Kel, and I would adore to be the new owner of Aeu. She is adorable and would help me achieve my goal of owning a Quell. My plans would be to recossie her Valentine & work on building up her stats. I am slowly building up my account, and plan to stick around on Mara. Aeu would definitely be a permanent pet, and she would be a dream come true. " What would be the greatest thing you have done to others, what is that ONE act wherein others can consider you a hero?" I would have to say that being a swim instructor for special needs children and adults has forever changed my life, as well as others. I worked with a young boy in the water, who was deathly afraid to try to do a back float. I worked with him for about 8 sessions, and he finally became confident in himself and trusted me enough that he did a back float. He hugged me for over 3 minutes after this. I have learned alot from that experience, and the kids I have helped are forever grateful. The feeling you get when you see others achieving something they have been working so hard for, is absolutely heart warming. Thank you for this opportunity (:

21 WeirdBonjour! I'm Robert and I'm here to app for your Pumpkin Ghost Trading Card, from your gallery. A goal in process of mine is to collect any item to do with Pumpkins. I want to go on and get a 2nd set. So this is my reason for wanting the Trading Card. I already have one on the second page of my gallery, however this is a great opportunity for me to get that ticked off my list. I wouldn't say I've ever done anything to be considered a hero, but something I'm glad I've done and have seen be appreciated is my charity work. All throughout my education I got more and more involved with fundraisers, donating myself and helping those more unfortunate. I have traveled to the places that have benefited from mine and others work and once you see their smiles it's something hard to forget. Giving a little goes a long way. Thank you for this chance (:

69 PanemHeya. My name is Corina and I would like to apply for either you're Drab Army Trading card or you're Dark Knight Trading Card to add to my deck. I am trying to gain a Polar Figaoro Potion from the Olympic Redemption Shop to use on Unicorn_fairly. I believe that by having an extra trading card it will make it a little more likely that I will be able to complete Knutt Knight or Sumo Sally quests. This may make one of my long term goals easier to obtain as I will be able to get more diamonds to train Flaspper and Petrificus. The other one of my long term goals is to complete my Photo Album. This is going quite well at the moment. One act where I have helped others is by going to an old people's home and potting plants into their windowsill boxes so that they had something pretty to look at. They also wanted to enter a flower competition and this game them a better oppurtunity at winning. Thank you for reading and good luck in real life.

I had an old account,but it got banned about a year and a half ago through stupid mistake on my part.I took a break and have just come back to mara about six months ago. Around the time I was banned the basil had just come out and it instantly became my dream pet. I was working on the mission at the time I was banned and well my dream ended. I sure hope that you can make my dream a reality and let my adopt your sassilla.I am an experienced player, a dedicated player, I am on twice a day and take really good care of my pets. WOW, I guess one thing I did was a few years ago, I saw an eldery pull up to the curb,his wife got out an when she stepped onto the curb she fell back and her head went under the tire.He never saw her and started up the car and was ready to drive away when I saw this and ran up to the car and started to bang on his windshield to stop, he got startled and quickly shut off the car. If I had not saw her fall the tire would have ran over her head. Hero, I do not think so, just doing what was needed to be done. good luck in choosing winner. thanks aisha

32 22ndI would love to get the costumes that you have, especially the bug ones, because I'm madly obsessed with them, and of course the cursed costume, although I have one already, I like to collect things that are quite are and have a purpose to the game, since the costume isn't cheap, can't really buy it, same goes for the rest costumes, but those 2 are the ones that I desire the most. I would most likely keep them both in my gallery until the end of days, because I am a hoarder and that's all there is to it. Of course I would love your map, trading cards, minipets and all the rest, but I am sure I wouldn't enjoy them so much, maybe except the map, as you can see I like them as well, but that's not the stuff I'm apping for. So, in conclusion, I would really appreciate if I could receive the items that I have the urge to keep for ever and ever or until the day strikes in which, like you, I might give everything, I love, away. I doubt anyone would call me a hero, I am the person who might from time to time give someone something what they are in need of, or just give advice or help them, but nothing that would make me a hero.

I'm here to apply for Pervs, the hobo chibs! you probably want to know why I'd love to have him of course, but I'd like to answer your question before we get into the meat and potatoes. The greatest thing I've done to help someone. I'm a person that believes that any small thing can make someone's day, and that one little thing can go a long ways. I focus on the little things instead of trying to be a hero, I help pick up dropped items, smile and say hello, hold the door open. Things like that! An act that could cause people to consider you a hero, I think the answer to this question can be anything. Everyone has their own definition of hero. Helping a kid pass his math test might make him call you a hero, I know I would! Okay, Pervs. I would like to own Pervs because I love hobo cats. I have always planned to get one for my family, but it hasn't happened yet! I love the way they are drawn, I don't think the artist could've done better. Chibs is also one of those pets that works in any costume and everyone loves it haha! I would be ecstatic to own Pervs because it would save heaps of mp. I could then use mp towards my other goals, currently Finishing the rune temple, buying au items for my gallery, and hopefully an earth fairy figaro! If I won Pervs, he would be staying with me. No doubt about it, as I said I enjoy hobo chibs a lot, and I don't like trading that much nowadays. Way too slow. Pervs would live a wonderful life in my family, playing with Alihay and Ireli, they'd be best buds. Oh and I love his name! Anyways, thanks for reading! ~Matt

75 AzuluraHello, I'm here to apply for Isolate the Emo Ercuw. I want to adopt Isolate because of its name and what it means and how I can help improve him. "What would be the greatest thing you have done to others, what is that ONE act wherein others can consider you a hero?" To many, a hero is someone who saves others from something, usually something dangerous or drastic. For me, I do not want to be a hero, but I do want to leave a mark in history. In my area, students are very distant and often avoid contact. I want to become a teacher and teach students to be more open to others especially for those people who are trying to help them. Being alone, isolated, distant does not make a person better, it makes them feel more insecure about themselves. I want to give children courage to stand up for themselves and be more brave and open to opinions and assistance. In a way, I want to change how they think, act, and feel so when they grow up, they can do the same. Isolation, it's a hard and cold word because most people see it as a way for others to be against everyone else. I want everyone to know that being isolated does not mean you have to be alone forever. To turn isolation into courage is something I plan to sought after. That is my goal, no, that is my dream to one day leave my mark in history and change the education system in my neighborhood or at least put in an effort to making a difference. If I got a share of the MP I would put it towards buying all of the AU's that I need to change my pets names to re-order them and to buy the missing extra pet giftboxes I need so that I can get all of my dream pets. Also if I did win the PHTM, I would honestly just sell it to buy AU with also. In January where I live it was snowing on one of the mornings that I was walking to college. It was already thick with snow on the ground and was icy. Because of it, I was running late for class so was rushing. I was just closing a road which is a bus route and has heavy traffic, when I happened to look behind me. I saw these two elderly ladies waiting for another break in the traffic so they could cross. One had a walking stick and the other didn't. The one without managed to cross the road after a few minutes. The other wasn't fast enough to cross and her friend just kept walking with out her. I ran back across the street and literally stood in the middle of one side of the road and stopped the traffic. I then helped her cross half way, and did the same on the other side. I was so late that day that I missed half of my second lessen. But I will never forget how grateful she looked though. Thank you for reading, and good luck to all. Vie~

I clicked on your forum out of curiosity and when I saw that part of your giveaway was a toddler Basil you have no idea how excited I was! Truthfully I've never been a huge fan of Basil's but oh my gosh I can't even handle the cuteness of toddler Basil's they melt my heart Sassilla would make an amazing addition to my mara family he would fit in perfectly and I plan to keep him because seriously how on earth could I ever trade someone so amazingly cute. To tell you a little bit more about myself, I've been playing mara since about 2007 and had this account since 2009. I'm just super excited for this opportunity to add to my mara family even though they're just pixels I just love them haha. And to answer your questions "What would be the greatest thing I have done for others and what is one act where I would consider myself a hero.": Well I can truthfully say that I'm no hero. I'm in high school and can say I've never done anything outstanding. However I do volunteer regularly and every year I go to this thing called the Santa breakfast where I play with the children and make them balloon animals while them and their families get a free meal and winter coats. But that doesn't really make me a hero and trust me I know this sounds like I'm being a kiss-up or whatever but I'm not going to make up a story so sorry I couldn't really answer your question! Question: What would be the greatest thing you have done to others, what is that ONE act wherein others can consider you a hero? Theres a large number of special needs students at my school. And they get bullied. A lot. But whenever I see this happening, I always intervene and make sure it stops. Sometimes its hard to tell if what I'm doing for Matthew, and Keith, and Brittany, and Alyssa is making a difference for them because of their lessened ability to understand whats happening, but no matter who it is, no one deserves to be treated the way that they are.
