Q.Is the banner fitted properly? I'm getting a scroll bar along the side and bottom. A. It will, but it's dependent on the other content on the page; if you put too much other stuff and it goes outside the rectangle, then a scroll bar appears at the side, and that takes up some of the space the banner would have been in and forces it over so that there's a scroll bar horizontally as well :3
