Yep. The map pieces are 62k RP if you buy them from the treasure map shop, but shop search can only go up to 500k

It'll take really a long time that way. xD You can do Eleka tombola too, but Leppy is the most effective.

H'omg agh ughh homg....
No one online and selling RP on the forums came through for me on the 29th level, so I had to quest up 27k and finished with 8 minutes to spare. That was damn crazy.
