theory is a bust

glitch lifted and I was able to do a bunch more again and now I'm stuck again... clearly not fixed

my glitch came back

this time I have a theory... I was doing the 8th quest and the phone rang and it timed out before I even tried it... maybe the inactivity is the problem... as long as you attempt it, no problem but if you leave it hanging... green troit
