The purpose of this item is not to be used - there are so few on here, and most of the members who have them are either banned or have been inactive for years. Anyone who would buy this item for use is crazy - it's much cheaper to buy a plain chibs potion and a seasonal costume (though that's not very cheap either!
Anyone who is willing to buy this would put it in their gallery to collect dust. It's a collector's item, not something that a sane person would use on their pet, lol.
As for the price - I ask you to go find someone else who has this item for sale. If you do, tell me! Because she's the only one selling this item, she has a right to set its price. If she wants 400mil, she can have it. That's how much it's worth anyway, due to its lack of availability. So if you have a problem, you should just walk away, because chances are your facts are wrong.
