Downfalls/Flaws: Despite him being able to tell when someone is lieing, if the person truly believes they are telling the truth then he has a harder time knowing. Due to him having the uncanny ability to use blades and guns, he has spent hours of his life training to use them just to keep people from asking questions. But his biggest downfall is more of an unrelated to his powers as he wishes to protect his town from the lab and thus will often let targets escape and get punished for it later.
Personality: Kaito is very protective over his sister and often misleads his co-workers to protect her. But at the same time he also is protective over his fellow townsfolk and doesn't fully do his job. However he does like to joke and be laid back to the point of annoying his co-workers because if he doesn't see the point in doing something or he doesn't get something out of it he does it more on his time than theirs. However he is easy to talk to and tries to get along with everyone.
Bio: Kaito has always appeared to be the normal human with no powers, aside form his seemingly uncanny abilities to know a lie and pick up most sports easily with a love for anything with blades and guns. While in high school, he lost his girlfriend to the Black Suits and when they came around for his younger sister he claimed to be the one to have the fire power. After all he wasn't about to let his younger sister go someplace that nobody ever came back alive from. Thus he was taken to the lab and studied, when it was found out that he didn't have any power they had almost just removed his memories and returned him home. That was until one the researchers noticed that his blood was compatible with every type of blood and thus they kept him to use him as a human blood bag which let them keep their experiments alive longer. The Lab made a deal with him that they wouldn't go after his little sister if he worked with them. So he took that deal and now works for them without too much complaint, just the same as the other workers, while also providing blood at least once a month to them to use. Although sometimes it's more when they have a high case of Sougi's Insane being in the other research lab that he didn't

Sougi is a small town known mostly for being near the government research lab, West Dalso. What it isn't known for is Lake Letko which was a favorite waste dumping site for the government long before the waste was found hazardous, even then it was still dumped there. When the town well went dry in the 1900's the town turned to the lake to be part of their water supply, unknown at the time of the waste being still dumped in it. Most of the fishers who fished the lake only seemed to rarely run into freak fish with two heads, normally the fish were just much larger than normal and none of the fishes complained about that.

It wasn't until years later that the effects of the waste dumping effected the humans, it was simple stuff to cover up at first as it was the rare conjoined twins or mental issues being developed over time. But then it started to be more common for more mental issues to arise, most chose to deal with them on their own or go three or four towns away to use the mental hospitals there to not make their small town known for something that might cause the government research lab to be viewed as bad.

Despite none of the workers living in Sougi instead they lived in the dorms or houses near the lab, on their own water system not the towns due to them knowing the water isn't good yet not doing anything about it. In fact the whole town is basically an experiment by the government, and any of the people who get to the mental hospitals are quickly transferred to a different one if they come from Sougi. A lot of the times, some people from the town end up missing because they grew too powerful or simply caught the eye of the lab. However it isn't easy to make people go missing in a small closed off town like Sougi, thus there are rumors around the town that when the Black Suits arrive that one or more will go missing.

In light of this, people started to keep more under the radar and learning how to control their powers, if they have powers, and hide their physical mutations. Although the physical mutations were a new thing that only really started to become common in the last generation and new generations. However more Black Suits have been showing up along with a few new people, which naturally makes the towns folks believe that the new people are just spies for the lab and not interact with t
