one day a very greedy man named Solomon was walking down a sidewalk on a very cold and windy night. he sees a young child cowering in the street, trying to keep warm. He has a flashback to about 2years ago when he had seen a homeless man at the same place. he was reaching for his wallet to give him a few dollars, for back then he was generous. suddenley the old man thrashes out and punches solomon. he fell down and the homeless man took his wallet which had a few hundred dollars in it. the police have yet to find him. out of the flashback and into the real world, he reveals a wide and evel grin on his face. he walks over to the young girl about 12 and hands her a hundred dollar bill. she screeches with joy and runs to her tattered mom a couple yards away.he then returns home, feeling no guilt of giving her fake money. the next day he wakes up, convinced that something was wrong. His wife was not there. he searches everywhere and phones then frantically phones the police. his wife was found on the ground outside his 3rd story apartment. she had broken her neck.apperantley she heard screams outside and raced to the window. half asleep,she had fallen to her death. he mourns over her body but spots a note in her jacket. he opens it up then reads: THE DEVIL WILL GET YOU FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE. A POOR DEFENSLESS GIRL YOU HAD MADE BRIGHT AS THE SUN. THE NEXT DAY RACES TO A LITTLE STORE SO SWEET. YET DO DISCOVER THE MONEY WAS FAKE AND WEAK.THE DEVIL WILL GET YOU FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE. he yelps in surprise and lives for 3months after that. only to kill himself out of misery.

at christmas time be as genorous as your means will provide. think about what you have and others don't. some orphan living on scraps and slivers of tiny things will do anything for a family who provides. a nice warm home that just makes you smile. and people who love her.
