Who's a Chicago Cubs fan? I am. And this time they will make it in to the world series. And the Sox,well they are loosing pretty bad. This whole season they have won 6 games(Thats what my white sox lover friend said). Anyway, my favorite player is Ryan Theriot "The Riot". Hes got the highest batting average on the team. and hes got the team spirit. And hes a fast runner and plays great defence. Soriano is my second favorite because hes the second best(Same reasons except the team spirit part.) Who's your favorite player?

House of Wax



Hey, Any of you guys horror movie fans?

If you are then you should watch the movie House of Wax. It is my style of scary even though there are really gory moments like chopping up body parts and the original-murders.
And there's the waxing thing(the title says almost everything).
Anyways Here's how the story goes:

1974:
There is a family. The mom loves to sculpt waxed figures.The dad used to be doctor who got fired and moved to Ambrose, Louisiana(and this is not a real town). They had siamese twins. Their dad separated them. One of them has a disfigured face(Vincent).The other is really violent and went crazy after their parents died(Bo).Bo was chained to his highchair when he was little and as a result he has scars on his hand. Vincent was the perfect one who was very peaceful.

Present:
These teens want to go to the best game ever.So it becomes dark and they decide to camp out.They go to this private place in the woods.After they settle in they smell something really bad.Then some,weirdo in a pick up truck starts watching them. He doesn't leave until Nick(Carly's twin brother) throws a bottle at one of the head lights breaking it. The next morning,they find out the weird smell was coming from a road kill pit.And Wade's(Carly's boyfriend) fan belt is broken(clearly by some one).So everyone except Carly and Wade go to the game.At the road kill pit they meet the guy who brings all the road kills. They hitch a ride to the nearest gas station in Ambrose with him.When they get there, there is no one in there. So they go to the church and find a funeral where Bo's mom is the corpse. Bo runs the gas station. And he tells them to wait. So in that time they go to Ambrose's main attraction- the House of Wax. They find that the sculpture are not of famous people and they look very realistic.And Wade finds a live dog in there which later turns out to be Bo's and Vincent's dog.Carly sees sculptures with name Vincent carved into it. She also catches a glimpse of Vincent. They then go back to the gas station. But Bo doesn't have the right size fan belt. So they go to his house. There Wade asks to go to the restroom. Carly then discovers that one of the head lights are broken.In the house Wade gets beat up by Vincent who then takes him into the basement where he waxes him. When Bo comes out and Carly goes in his car and locks the door and asks where Wade is. After Carly reveals that she knows that he was the one watching them,he starts attacking her. She accidently drops her cell phone and runs away to the church. When she gets there she realizes all the funeral guests she saw earlier were real people under wax.Bo captures her and locks her up in his gas station's cellar,and glues her lip together.Nick and his friend Dalton come to pick up Wade and Carly. Nick bumps into Bo and asks him if he has seen Carly or Wade. Bo lies and says no.Carly sticks her finger through a vent hoping that Nick can see it. Unfortunately Bo sees it first and chops her finger off. Carly rips her lips open and screams for help.Nick hears it and Bo tries attacking but Nick easily dodges it and closes every entrance or exit in the gas station so that Bo can't get in. He then goes to the cellar and helps Carly.Then check this one house where Carly sees this woman move the curtain only to find she is mechanically control to do so.And that when they know for sure that the whole towns rigged.
Dalton, on the other hand, goes to the House of Wax and finds Wade covered in wax. Wade is alive ,but he can't move. Dalton tries to peel the wax off but he also accidently peels Wades skin off. Then Vincent starts chasing Dalton and hits Wades face ,slicing part of it off and which later kills him. Dalton then trips down the stair and Vincent decapitates him.Then Vincent goes to the campsite where Paige(Carly's friend) and her boyfriend Blake are.Vincent first stabs Blake in the neck. Then he starts chasing Paige into a run down sugar mill. There Paige gets her foot sliced by Vincent. She finds a pole and hides first in a car(here Vincent takes the pole from her) and then behind the car. When she looks over it, Vincent throws the pole at her head which goes through her head.And,she dies. Meanwhile Nick breaks in a store and takes an arrow gun. Bo starts opening fire upon them. They run and hide in a movie hall with all these waxed figures. Bo spots Carly and Nick shoots Bo in the arm with his arrow gun. They run into the lobby and Nick begins to observe the figures(crazy,huh).Bo catches up with them and Nick then shoots him in the heart.Then they go to Sinclair (Bo and Vincent's house)house to find Wade. Carly finds pictures of them when they were little(A Siamese Twin picture). Then they hear someone coming and hide. It's Bo.And yes he is still alive. He takes out the arrow in his arm. He leaves the one in his heart. He sees the open drawer where Carly saw the pics. He then starts looking for Carly but Vincent comes. Bo then starts giving a lecture to Vincent about him never leaving the house unless Bo came with him. And here is where I figure out that Bo tells Vincent what to do and Vincent is the good one.Carly and Nick then go to the basement and they try to find the light switch. There are a hundred switches that operate the town. And they flick all of them on and off. Bo and Vincent figure out that they are in the basement by looking outside at the light going on and off.Vincent goes to the basement and as they run to the house of wax he follow them. There Nick and Vincent fight and Nick knocks over hot wax starting a fire. This starts melting the Wax museum since it is made of wax. They escape and go to the first floor. There Carly sees Wade sitting on a stool by the piano he played on when they first came there. Then Bo comes and attacks Nick. Bo takes a knife and stabs Nick in the leg. Then Carly starts beating Bo up with a baseball bat.At the same time Vincent appears and looks at his brother one last time. Then Bo slowly sinks into the wax. Then Vincent chases Carly ignoring Nicks protests. Carly goes upstairs and locks the door and puts a crib with the Sinclair twins in there in front of the door. Vincent then takes a knife and slices through the twins heads where his dad separated them.Vincent breaks the door and Carly tries to talk to him about how he is good and Bo is bad.But Vincent doesn't listen to her and attacks her. Luckily, Nick makes it upstairs and wrestles with Vincent.In the fight, Nick accidently takes off this mask made out of wax revealing Vincent's disfigured face. Nick signals Carly to take the knife out of his leg and stab Vincent. And so she does.Then Nick throws Vincent to the floor and he falls through the floor and on to Bo at the place where they were separated. Then Nick and Carly fall through and land on the bottom of the museum. They get up and look around just to see the place falling apart. Carly tells Nick to dig through the wall. And they dig their way out and watch as the place burns down. The cops then come and tells them that this place wasn't even in the map. Then the cops send them to a hospital. Right then,the sheriff learns that there were three Sinclair children,and not two.Then they show the road kill transporter petting Bo and Vincent's dog, which makes me think that he might be the third Sinclair child.

Anyways the movie is way better then what I told you.So watch it. And post me a comment about it.
