It was supposed to be released to the plushie machine but I don't think it ever was...

In fact I think before that it was supposed to go some where else too but was forgotten. THEN it was meant to go to the plushie machine.

I've gotten all of mine from enpiah alien. Theoretically you could get it from plushie machine too but I don't know of anyone who has.
