I got mine just today. Here are a few tips to being comfortable before and after the vaccination:

-Relax while waiting to receive the shot or nasal spray.
If you are afraid of getting shots, take deep breaths, and make a tight fist with the arm that isn't being injected. This will relieve stress.

-After wards, gently massage the area where you were injected; the muscle will later tense up and feel sore. However, if you massage the site immediately, the pain will decrease.

-If you prefer the nasal spray instead, bring a pack of tissues just in case. During this procedure, you will tilt your head back, and as it is being sprayed into each nostril, slightly sniff it in. Your nose may drip, and there will most likely be an after-taste. Do NOT blow nose, or cough within three to five minutes of taking the spray.

Good luck, and stay healthy!
