Cheesecake stuffed strawberries

10th Mar 2017 20:24 These are really good, and never even make it to the fridge when I make them for cookouts.
What you need:
1 pound strawberries
1 brick cream cheese
3-6 tablespoons powdered sugar (3 for not as sweet 6 for sweeter)
about 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
Cut the tops off the strawberries and hollow them out.
In a bowl mix the cream cheese and the powdered sugar. Spoon the mix into the hollowed out strawberries.
Dip the top of the stuffed strawberries into the graham cracker crumbs.
Chill in the fridge until you serve them or serve right away, your choice!
Just a note if you have left over mix drop small spoonfuls into the graham cracker crumbs and make sure they're fully coated. Take them out and you have small cheesecake bites
Of course chill until you serve them or serve them right away.
Stuffed Shells recipe

14th Feb 2017 20:57 what you need 1 box barilla jumbo shells (or any big pasta shells you can find like it) 1 bag of Italian blend cheese or just plain shredded mozzarella either works, 1 small tub small curd cottage cheese, either 1 pound hamburger (browned), or 1 pound sausage (browned), or some pepperoni (I use a couple handfuls of pepperoni tossed in the food processor to make it nice and small and easy to mix in), and 1 jar spaghetti sauce
make the shells like the package says, basically just boil with a bit of oil so it won't stick together, in a bowl mix the cheese, cottage cheese and pepperoni or whatever meat you're using
Coat the baking pan's bottom with spaghetti sauce that's so the shells won't dry out
after your shells are done put 1 or 2 spoons of the mix in the shells, then put in the baking pan. Top with a little spaghetti sauce again so the shells won't dry out and bake at 400 for about 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted
You can top with shredded Italian cheese too super good that way!
