Poetry, I am an aspiring poet. Its not very good.

From now, on any time I write something New I will post it here. Please, if you have any negative comments, keep them to yourselves.
These were ALL written by me, and no one else.
*Ode to Summer Nights*
The crickets, that chirp.
The leaves that rustle.
The rain, cool upon my face.
The ground beneathe me, cold in my toes.
Running on the lawn, our father just mowed.
Mother's flowers shining bright in the moonlight
The tree with the swing, as we'd fly, and we'd sing.
Laying beneath in the moonlit dawn
Dont dare think about tomorrow.
Lay here beside me and be still,
And when morning comes, do as you Will.
*Wedding day*
When you walk down the Aisle,
One side crying with joy,
One side crying with pain.
Letting thier little girl be a married woman.
Taking a new girl into a family, a wife of the son.
Two families combined, by one love.
One, ever so forbidden love.
And the angels, that sing up
above.
She reaches the end of the aisle, to meet her groom.
Do you take this woman, this man.
I do, I do.
This poem Entitled 'Prudence' was written for my neice, she is about 5 days old as of 3-4-09. She was born on February 27th, 2009. A healthy, small, baby girl.
*Prudence*
You opened your mouth, and your big round eyes.
You looked at me, and you looked at the skies.
Your first days here were in the hospitol,
and you know its only the best for you.
When you were born, the world spread a cheer.
They knew that baby prudence was here.
The love for you is more then you know.
Your life here will be filled with Family.
They all love you,
Don't you know that?
So when you have troubles,
just let us know that.
We'll help you out,
and make it easy,
to live here, under god and the stars.
So rap your soft hand around my pinkie.
Sleep baby, sleep prudence.
It will all be all right.
Sleep into the night.
*The Babbling Brook*
As we walk the forest,
we hear the sound,
Of a Beautiful brook, all around.
We see the deer hiding,
Total Camoflauge.
The birds watching us, from up in the sky.
We reach the edge, of the babbling brook,
And today I take a look back at every rock we took,
Gifts, from the Beautiful Babbling Brook.
*The Days, The Nights*
In the day you pretend,
To wish for the end.
Yet, when the night comes,
You wish for it back.
You have quite a nack,
For mixing up your feelings.
When the day comes back around
Apriciate the sound,
of the birds chirping in the morn.
But when the night comes back,
Appriciate the sounds of the black.
The night and the day will take turns,
Make sure to live them to the fullest.
*Marapets*
Get on the computer, millions of sites.
Mara is, for me, just right.
Beautiful pets, and great graphics too.
Do an Elger quest, she might ask for glue.
Make lots of Mara points, and get valuable things.
Numb your mind for hours,
and forget to take showers.
It all must be worth it in the end.
When you get that dream pet,
You'll start to sweat.
A smile spread across your face.

We just recently found out that my [great] grandmother has liver cancer, and it tears me apart. I called her on the phone today, just to check in. [3-5-09] and she said 'Oh well im hanging in' And we just laughed and talked for a few minutes. Then I thought, isnt it strange how some people quote 'Hate' life, and some are just happy to be alive?
*Gramma*
Today, the results are in.
Our whole world is in for a spin.
Cancer, of the liver.
The doctors say you could have years to live.
Or your life could come to an abrupt end.
I need you to know how I feel, right now.
I love you till the end of time.
Nothing will ever change our bond.
Ever since I can remember you were there.
No way I can live without you here,
By my side always.
I love you gramma.
*Spring*
As the icicles melt,
And the flowers, they bloom.
I get ready for monthes of doom.
The flowers will wilt,
If I dont get them enough water,
When the summer comes.
But in the spring.
I can relax, or even sing.
When it is cool, and warm,
All at once.
In the spring,
The phone will ring.
"Lets go for a walk!"
And "Yes!"
For when the spring comes,
It is nice and we run,
Through the streets and sing.
Because it's finally spring.
*And for the Days You cant stop Crying*
And for the days you can't stop crying,
And your curled up in a ball.
Look out the window and see the light of day.
Remember who you are
Look inside your self,
Even when it hurts to think about what youve done.
And even through out all of the fear.
Remember why your here.
For the days you are depressed,
and you sit up in your room.
Remember why your on this earth.
Someone, somewhere, they need you.
And you know what?
I need you too.
So when you are sad, just take a look at me.
And youll remember why you were put here, to take care of me.
To take care of us.
To watch over us.
To make sure that we are okay, and that we live on.
And even when you may be gone,
We will remember, that when you were down, you got back up to help us.
And when we were down, you helped us back up.
You put us on path.
And for this, I thank you.

Its death that spells out fear,
reaching for the knife thats no longer here.
The pain shoots through your chest,
and now you remember your last request.
You wish to be a title wave.
To crash apon the shores.
