Minipet Island

While Jenoa is a popular tourist spot for deep sea fishing, locals head to Minipet Island to fish. If you want to take a fishing trip here, you first need to gain access. Newpurt the Newth, who owns this fishing spot, gives lifetime permits to all of those who manage to complete his Fishing Treasure Map. Only then can you go fishing.
