75 DaniIt was a very cold night for trick or treating. There was snow and even patches of ice everywhere. Gold had to be very careful when walking up to the first house. An old man was watching her as she approached, and when she got near he threw Ice Heels at her and told her "Stay safe out there, pretty lady!"
59 SwetanewNext stop for Gold was the famous Fortune Teller lady. All of Gold's friend were waxing poetic about her. She was supposed to be the real thing. Gold usually didn't believe in this kind of stuff but she thought there's no harm in going to her once. But as luck would have it, the bright purple tent which was the Fortune Teller lady's temporary abode was not where it used to be. Gold sighed and started to walk away but then someone called out to her. She turned around and saw the lady from the candy stall beckoning her. She handed her a small package and said "Your name is Gold right? the Fortune Teller lady who was camped beside me had to leave in a hurry because she had an emergency but she asked me to give you this package. She said that it's something you'll need in order to find your treasure. It was kinda cryptic haha but she's a nice lady so I thought it won't harm me to deliver it to you" Gold was puzzled but she accepted the package and the explanation. 'That was weird' she thought. She opened the package and found a piece of a treasure map inside! It was a piece of map she was working on. She was one step closer to finishing her map! She thanked the lady and asked her to convey her gratitude to the Fortune Teller if she comes back. Gold then hurried back home eager to work on getting the other missing pieces.
