After Connor drove home he walked up to his dark room, flipped on the lights and threw his clothes and phone onto his bed as he hopped into the shower. When he got out, his phone was vibrating like crazy. He picked it up and saw that it was Jane. He hurridly opened it and answered: "Hello? Jane?"
"Yes, it's me. And I want to know the truth!" she said angrily.
"What do you mean?"
"I /mean/, I heard that you just play girls! My mum wouldn't be happy if I hang out with a person like that!"
"What are you talking about? I've dated two girls since I've been in highschool!"
"What? So you've never...." she let her sentence hang.
"No! Of course not!"
"Oh my, I'm so sorry Connor!"
"That's okay. And besides, I /want/ your mom to like me." he smiled as he said this.
"Really? Why is that..?"
"Well, I really, really like you, Jane."
"I like you too!" she squealed with delight.
"Will you be my girlfriend?" he asked, hoping.
"Yes! Of course I will!" she answered happily.
They talked for a little while longer than said their goodbyes. Jane fell asleep happy, thinking of Connor. Connor, on the other hand, was thinking of both Jane and Tabitha.
