Then find things you can do that take up time. Go to friends houses, the movies, and dont think about smoking. Don't buy cigarettes anymore, when you go to a place that sells them, and you dont trust yourself with money there, bring someone along who will NEVER let you buy them, no matter how mad/sad you get!
Also, have gum or something around with you. Whenever you think you need a cigarette, just pop some gum in your mouth. Whenever you need help or feel stressed, remember, I, and other people, are here for you! This is the right thing to do, and I know you can do it Bobby!
